Rutland Photo Photography Image Licence for download images – Terms & Conditions

Rutland Photo offers a standard licence for purchases in its stock photo library.
The standard licence is a non exclusive licence meaning you do not have exclusive rights to use the content.
It is also a perpetual licence meaning there is no expiration or end date on your rights to use the image/images once purchased.

Licence Usage:
In any one purchase up to 10,000 uses (subject to prior agreement) *are granted in either magazines, postcards, posters, calendars, greeting cards or other cards, stationery, stickers and paper products.
An additional licence fee may be purchasable if you would like to use an image for more than 10,000 repeats.

Restricted Uses:
No Unlawful Use.
You may not use content in a pornographic, defamatory or other unlawful manner.
No Use in Trademark or Logo.
You may not use content as part of a trademark, design mark, tradename, business name, service mark, or logo.
NO RESALE as glossy or matte prints either as open or limited edition print copies.
NO RESALE as image downloads

File Download Refunds:
Rutland Photo does not offer refunds for downloaded files.

File returns will only be considered based on technical issues with the file at the sole discretion of Rutland Photo.
All requests for refunds/cancellations must be made in writing to:

If the request is approved, Rutland Photo will issue a credit to your account. In the event of cancellation, your rights to use the content terminate, and you must delete or destroy any copies of the content.

Content Withdrawal:
Rutland Photo may discontinue licensing any item of content at any time a in its sole discretion.
